Emirates
Park shuttler Harbour Watch (IRE) has sired his first winner overnight in the
UK with Jule in the Crown scoring at Windsor.
The Mick Channon trained filly was having her second start and dashed away to
take the five furlong contest by two lengths.
Harbour Watch had a productive day as he was also represented by two runners-up
- So Hoity Toity over 5f at Deauville and Broadhaven Honey over the same
distance at Leicester.
Jule in the Crown is the eighth winner from good producing Danehill winner
Jules, a daughter of US Group I winner Before Dawn from the family of Golden
Slipper winner Prowl.
A Group II winning son of Acclamation, Harbour Watch stood for two seasons at
Emirates in the Hunter Valley in 2013 and 2014 at a fee of $9,900, so will have
two year olds here next season.
