Cinque Cavalli Save Best for Last

Media Release - Monday May 4

Cinque Cavalli is proud to present our last two yearlings for sale in 2015, and we may have saved the best for last!

Heading to the Inglis Autum Classic this Friday the 8thMay are two well grown, correct, nicely mannered fillies with sound pedigree pages that could well provide a good residual value after their racing careers are over.

Lot 30 is the Tickets – Cashell filly – bred on the Redoute's Choice – Catrail cross that produced Oaks winner Absolutely.

This filly is also a ¾ sister to good South Australian Tickets 2yo – Backstage Pass. Cashell has had 4 to race for 4 winners and is also the grand-dam of Quick Exit and True Zippo – both good performers in the Upper Hunter.

The filly can be seen in action here: http://youtu.be/L0K9F_OpjAs, she is a big strong girl with a cruisey attitude.

Lot 54 is the Dane Shadow – Jargon filly. A favourite around the farm since she was born, fascinated by everything and laps up learning new things.

You could throw soft ropes on this girl when she was in the paddock with her mum and she thought it was great fun! Being by Dane Shadow and out of a Mossman mare, this girl was never going to be a giant, instead she is like some of Dane Shadow's best fillies – more refined, very athletic with a great temperament. By no means small, she has a powerful back end, and lighter up front – like a sports car!

Jargon's first two foals both won as 2yos and Lingo is currently racing consistently in Tassie and has won just under $100,000. Her 3yo – Mrs Willy Nilly – was close to a win in her first prep and is back in work now.

At Cinque Cavalli our youngsters grow up in large paddocks on rolling hills, galloping over dam walls and between the trees. They get good food (Breeda/Promita mix) and unirrigated pasture and develop at their own pace – no force fed couch potatoes here!

Feel free to call Mary to discuss either of these fillies on 0418461393.
